摘要
针对超滤膜在饮用水处理中的膜污染问题,进行了外压式中空纤维超滤膜运行条件优化的研究。试验结果表明:最优工况下,跨膜压差增长缓慢且系统产水率在95%以上。其中,物理清洗采用气洗、水力反冲洗和正冲洗,最佳清洗参数为:气洗50 s,强度为133 L/(m2·h),水力反洗100 s,强度为2 m3/h,正冲洗40 s;化学反洗为每隔物理清洗4次采用100 ppm次氯酸钠进行1次。
A study of optimization of operating conditions in external pressure hollow fiber ultrafiltration( UF) membrane for mitigating the membrane fouling in drinking water treatment were investigated. The experiments showed that under the optimal conditions,the transmembrane pressure( TMP) increased slowly and the water production rate was above 95%. Air cleaning、hydraulic backwashing and hydraulic cleaning were adopted in the physical cleaning,and the optimal parameters were found as follows: air cleaning 50 s with133 L/( m^2·h) 、hydraulic backwashing 100 s with 2 m^3/h and hydraulic cleaning 40 s.After four physical cleaning cycles,it was used 100 ppm sodium hypochlorite for chemical cleaning.
