摘要
含水汽油池火燃烧时容易产生沸溢现象,油滴飞溅,火焰温度,热辐射增高增强,容易导致火灾进一步蔓延,而不同含水量对汽油池火燃烧特性影响很大。含水汽油池火沸溢后,火焰高度增高,宽度增加,形成火球状,并伴随汽油的沸溅,爆裂。沸溢前,随着加水量的增多,质量损失速率减少,沸溢开始时间延迟。随着水量的增加,沸溢前后质量损失速率最大变化值增加。沸溢前,有水垫层时温度较无水时偏低。沸溢后,水量较少时,火焰升温明显,而水量较多时,火焰温度基本不变。以临界引燃热辐射为依据计算的安全距离少于油滴飞溅距离,实际罐体布置与灭火中应以油滴飞溅距离为安全距离。
It is easy to produce the phenomenon of boilover when the gasoline with water pool fire is burning,the splash of oil droplets,the increase of flame temperature and the increase of heat radiation,which can easily lead to the spread of fire.Different water content has a great influence on the combustion characteristics of gasoline pool fire.After the evaporation of the water in the gasoline tank,the flame height increases,the width increases,and the fireball is formed.It is accompanied by a splash of gasoline.Before the boilover,with the increase of the amount of water added,the mass loss rate decreases,and the start time of boiling overflow is delayed.With the increase of water quantity,the maximum change of mass loss rate before and after the boilover is increased.Before the boilover,the temperature of gasoline with water is lower than that of no water. After the boilover,when the water is a little,the flame temperature rises obviously,while the water temperature is more stable when the water quantity is higher.The safe distance based on the critical ignition of heat radiation is less than the distance of oil droplet spatter,so tank layout and fire extinguish should be build a safe distance based on the distance of oil droplets spatter.
