基于LabVIEW的氢同位素单质气体定量分装系统

摘要 氕(H)、氘(D)、氚(T)是氢的三种同位素,其对应的单质气体(H2,D2,T2)在能源、化工等领域中具有广泛的应用。在这些应用中经常会涉及到上游原料供应单位根据下游客户需求量进行有关气体的定量分装操作。为此,研制了一套基于质量流量控制器的氢同位素单质气体定量分装系统,并且介绍了该定量分装过程的原理,步骤和分装量计算方法。该分装系统的测控程序采用Lab VIEW软件编程实现,其中流量积分时间的控制是通过硬件定时方法实现,以保证较高的时间精度。最后,采用质量比较法对该系统的分装精度进行了评估,结果表明:该系统测控程序设计合理,能够精准控制氢同位素单质气体的分装量,其定量分装精度可达0.001 g。 Protium(H),deuterium(D),and tritium(T) are three kinds of hydrogen isotopes. The corresponding elemental gases(H2,D2,T2) are widely used in the fields of energy,chemical industry,and etc. In the applications,quantitative split charging operations for the gases,which are conducted by the upstream raw material supplier according to the customer demand,are often involved. Therefore,one quantitative split charging system based on mass flow controller for hydrogen isotope elemental gases was developed. The principle and steps of quantitative split charging process,and the calculation method of split charging quantity were introduced. The measurement and control program of the system was developed by using Lab VIEW software. In the program,the control of flow integration time was achieved by hardware timing method to assure high time accuracy. Finally,split charging accuracy of the system was evaluated by mass comparison method. The experimental results showed that(1) the design of the measurement and control program was reasonable;(2) the system could precisely control the split charging mass of hydrogen isotope elemental gases with its accuracy up to 0. 001 g.
