摘要 船舶分段制造占用船舶制造周期一半以上的时间,缩短分段制造总耗时对船企降低生产成本,提高企业生产效率有重要意义。目前以分段加工车间群为资源约束、以船舶分段为研究对象、以最大流程时间Makespan最小为优化目标的仿真模型还比较少见。本研究通过参数化快速搭建模型,运用遗传算法模块结合SIMTalk语言对分段加工顺序进行优化求解,得出了较好的结果,可供实际生产排程参考。 Ship block manufacturing takes up more than half of the shipbuilding lead time, so it is important to shorten the total time of block manufacture process in order to reduce production cost and improve the production efficiency. Currently, to the authors’ knowledge, little research has been carried out about simulation model with ship block as research object, which is based on the plant simulation platform, in order to optimize the resource constraints of manufacture process with the minimum time as the goal. In our research, the parameterized fast construction model has been established. Combination with SIMTalk language, the genetic algorithm module is selected to optimize the block manufacture process. A good result is obtained which may shed light on the production scheduling in real practices.
