沼气/汽油双燃料发动机进气系统改进的试验研究

摘要 针对小排量传统化油器式发动机存在的油耗及排放问题,对168F发动机的进气系统进行改进设计与研究。首先对沼气汽油双燃料的发动机进气系统进行改进方案设计,分析计算出进气管的直径大小和两种喷油器的安装位置等,然后对进气系统设计方案优化改进,最后把改进设计好的双燃料发动机进气系统生产加工并安装进行试验调试。试验结果表明:改进后的双燃料电控发动机在小负荷低转速时输出功率下降只有4. 65%,其他工况下功率下降也不是很大,与原机非常接近;在中等负荷中等转速时节油近9%,能耗率明显改变; HC和CO在中小负荷时比原机下降得较多,燃烧排放成分明显比原机改善;燃料与空气混合较均匀,在中小负荷等工况下可充分燃烧。此改进的进气系统从排放和油耗性方面体现出其优越性,也表明了沼气汽油双燃料电控发动机的工作可行性。 It is necessary to improve the design and study of the inlet system of 168 F engine, because of the gas consumption and emission problems of the conventional carburetor type engine. Firstly,methanol gasoline dual fuel engine air intake system to improve the design and analysis to calculate the diameter of the inlet pipe size and location of the installation of two kinds of fuel injector, then the air intake system design scheme optimization improvement, finally, the improved design good dual fuel engine air intake system test production and processing and installation of debugging. Experimental results show that the improved electronically controlled dual-fuel engine in a small load low speed output fell by only 4.65%, other conditions in power decrease also is not very big, and very close to the original machine; At medium load, the fuel economy was nearly 9%, and energy consumption was significantly changed. HC and CO were significantly lower than the original when they were under load, and the burning emissions were significantly better than the original ones. The mixture of fuel and air is more uniform and can be fully burned under small and medium load. This improved air inlet system shows its advantages in terms of emissions and fuel consumption, and also shows the feasibility of dual electric control engine.
