摘要
新形势下国家、社会和用户对安全供电提出了新的要求,各级系统运行部门需提升故障处置能力。本文基于主配一体化电网模型及完善的营配数据提出多源数据融合的故障事件等级自动识别技术,依据静态安全分析结果,结合重要用户供电可靠性辨识电网薄弱环节。文章提出主配网协同故障恢复策略及考虑重要用户的快速复电策略。对研究成果进行了软件实现并在某供电公司进行了示范应用,将进一步提高用电调度系统建设的综合效益,为调度及相关应急部门提供事故(事件)等级定性、定位和辅助策略支持,为提高电网和应急指挥部门的快速反应能力,提高供电可靠率、提升配用电系统运行管理和客户服务水平提供完善的技术支撑。
Under the new situation, the state, society and users of power put forward new requirements, the system operation departments at all levels need to improve fault handling capabilities. Based on the integration of the main and distribution network model and the marketing and distribution data, this paper proposes fault event level automatic identification technology based on multi-source data fusion. Based on the static security analysis and the analysis of the critical power supply reliability, the weak links of the current power grid are identified, Collaborative failover strategy and fast recovering strategy considering important users are also proposed. The research results above are put into software implementation, this software has been a demonstration application in some Power Supply Company. Using this software will further improve the comprehensive benefits of the electricity dispatching system construction, and provide the incident(event) level qualitative, positioning and auxiliary strategy support for the dispatching and related emergency departments. It is beneficial for power grid and emergency command departments to improve rapid response capability and the reliability of power supply. Comprehensive technical support is provided to enhance the operation and management of electrical systems and customer service levels.
