摘要
将颗粒阻尼和双层隔振系统相结合,设计出一种颗粒阻尼双层隔振系统。通过对比分析理论计算与实验数据得到的系统固有频率,验证了实验装置的正确性;实验测量不同外界激励的上层机组加速度信号,运用时域信号衰减法对比分析了系统阻尼随各主要参数非线性变化的特性,并拟合了阻尼比公式;对系统进行了动力学建模仿真,验证了所拟合阻尼比公式的正确性。
A particle damping floating raft isolation system is designed by combining the particle damping with the floating raft isolation system. By comparing the theoretical natural frequencies of the system with the experimental value, the reliability of the experimental device and the clamping method is verified. By measuring the acceleration signal of the upper unit under different vibration environments, the damping characteristics of the system are analyzed by the time domain signal attenuation method, and the damping ratios fitting formula are obtained. The obtained fitting formula of damping ratio is verified to be correct by using dynamics modeling and simulation.
