摘要
针对目前齿轮产品种类多,参数不一,有的齿面经过修型,齿轮齿面的建模计算量大建模复杂的问题,本文以一种齿轮为例,首先对其进行三维扫描获得齿轮齿面的数据,采用逆向建模的方法构建齿轮的三维模型,对所建立的三维模型进行设计改进,最后应用快速成型技术制造样品。实例过程与结果表明,通过采用逆向工程获取三维模型,通过CAD/CAM改进三维模型,通过3D打印应用于曲面复杂的齿轮的开发,能有效地缩短齿轮开发周期、提高设计生产效率,为齿轮产品开发提供了新途径。
In view of the current gear products, parameters, some tooth surface after modification, the large amount of computational complexity of modeling of gear tooth surface modeling, this paper takes a gear as an example, the 3D scanning gear tooth surface data, 3D model using the method of reverse modeling construction of gear, design the improvement of the 3D model, sample making and use the rapid prototyping technology. The process and results of the example show that the 3D model is obtained by reverse engineering, and the 3D model is improved by CAD/CAM. Through 3D printing, the development of complex gears can be effectively shortened, and the efficiency of design and production can be effectively shortened, which provides a new way for gear product development.
