Analysis of Construction Cost Management Based on BIM

根据我国工程造价管理现存的问题,文章将探讨在工程管理中引入BIM技术的可行性。在了解BIM技术原理及其优势的基础上,针对项目不同阶段的造价管理提出了相应的应用模式。随后结合地下综合管廊的案例演示,实证BIM技术在其中的作用,完成基于BIM的全生命周期造价管理。BIM在实施过程中仍有许多障碍,文章结合实际情况提出了一些对策与建议,希望能借此进一步发掘BIM技术在造价管理中的应用价值。

According to the existing problems of engineering cost management in China, this paper will discuss the feasibility of introducing BIM technology in engineering management. On the basis of understanding the principle and advantages of BIM technology, the corresponding application mode is put forward for the cost management in different stages of the project. Then combined with the case demonstration of the underground integrated pipe corridor, the paper empirically BIM the function of the technology, and completes the whole life cycle cost management based on BIM. BIM in the implementation process, there are still many obstacles, the paper combined with the actual situation put forward some countermeasures and suggestions, hoping to further explore the BIM technology in the cost management of the application value.
