摘要
研究在对组合拼装土木工程结构下不同直径钢筋搭接焊试件进行拉伸试验基础上,以HRB500等级钢筋为例,分析了该等级钢筋不同直径、搭接焊方式以及钢筋搭接段焊缝长度对试件形态破坏、试件极限荷载以及试件平均焊缝强度的影响,组合拼接土木工程结构下钢筋搭接试件的形态破坏主要有两类,分别为钢筋搭接段焊缝断裂和搭接段钢筋断裂。通过工程实例分析可知,对于钢筋搭接段焊缝沿受力方向发生断裂的现象,可以通过增加搭接段焊缝长度的方式提高试件极限荷载;相比于单面焊形式,双面焊钢筋搭接的粘结性能较差;如果搭接段焊缝受偏心力影响较大可能会造成焊缝一段大面积掀起,大大降低钢筋搭接段承载力;钢筋搭接焊形式对于搭接段平均焊缝强度影响较小。
Based on the tensile test of different diameter steel lap welding specimens under the combined assembly civil engineering structure,the HRB500 grade steel bars are taken as an example to analyze the different diameters of the grade steel bars,the lap welding method and the weld joints of the steel lap joints.The influence of length on the shape damage of the test piece,the ultimate load of the test piece and the average weld strength of the test piece.There are two main types of morphological damage of the steel lap joint test piece under the combined splicing civil engineering structure,which are the weld fracture of the steel lap joint.The lap joint is broken.Through the analysis of engineering examples,it can be seen that for the phenomenon that the welded joint of the steel lap joint breaks along the direction of the force,the limit load of the test piece can be increased by increasing the length of the weld of the lap joint;compared with the single-sided welding form,double-sided welding The bonding performance of the steel lap joint is poor;if the lap joint weld is greatly affected by the eccentric force,the weld seam may be lifted over a large area,which greatly reduces the bearing capacity of the steel lap joint;the lap joint welding form is for the lap joint The average weld strength has little effect.
