摘要 核酸等温扩增技术是二十世纪九十年代以来发展起来的一种新技术,相比于需要温度调制的传统核酸扩增技术,核酸等温扩增技术具有设备简单、操作方便等一系列优点,有实际应用价值。本文对核酸等温扩增产物(扩增子)的检测方法作一综述,并对今后的应用研究方向进行了初步探讨。 Isothermal nucleic acid amplification is a new technique developed since 1990’s.Compared with traditional nucleic acid amplification techniques which need temperature modulation,isothermal nucleic acid amplification technology has a series of advantages such as simple equipment and convenient operation.It also has practical application value.The major detection methods for isothermal nucleic acid amplification amplicons are reviewed in this paper.Meanwhile,the future research direction of application is preliminarily discussed.
