曲线顶管斜穿河流施工的三维有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了顶管在穿越河流时更加安全顺利的施工,研究了顶管施工过程中周围土体的沉降规律,并选定合理的注浆压力控制参数。结合杭州半山电厂—崇贤变220 k V线路电缆隧道顶管工程,采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS进行了数值模拟分析。研究结果表明:两边河道边坡和河底处地表沉降及管道位移比河岸处要大,适当增大注浆压力可以有效减少地表沉降。当顶管在河道边坡顶进时,注浆压力应控制在0. 19 MPa,并在顶进到河底时逐渐降低至0. 16 MPa。采用了该注浆压力控制参数,工程施工时把地表沉降控制在了规范要求内。 In order to ensure the safety and smooth construction of pipe jacking during crossing river,the settlement law of surrounding soil during pipe jacking construction was studied,and a reasonable grouting pressure control parameter was selected.Numerical simulation analysis using finite element analysis software ABAQUS was made taking the case study of Hangzhou Banshan Power Plant-Chong Xian 220 kV line cable tunnel project into account.The results show that the surface settlement and pipeline displacement on both sides of the river slope and the bottom of the river are larger than those on the riverside.If the grouting pressure is properly increased,the ground settlement can be effectively reduced.When the pipe jacking in the river slope,grouting pressure should be controlled at 0.19 MPa,and at the top to the bottom of the river gradually reduced to 0.16 MPa.The grouting pressure control parameters are adopted,and the surface settlement is controlled in the standard requirements during the construction.
