摘要
使用西门子公司S7-200系列的PLC设备来达到对系统进行温度控制的目的,具有误差小、反应快和稳定性强等优点,是一种相对来说比较理想的温控系统。S7-200系列PLC的PID指令为PID控制提供了很多方便。本文在采用PID算法时,将每个养护窖的进气阀由电磁阀(开关量输出)改为电动阀(模拟量输出),通过控制阀门的开度来调节蒸汽进气量,从而实现恒温控制。在线运行表明该方法结构简单,容易实现,具有较强的实用性。
The PLC equipment of Siemens S7-200 series is used to achieve the purpose of temperature control of the system.It has the advantages of small error,fast response and strong stability.It is a relatively ideal temperature control system.The PID command of the S7-200 series PLC provides a lot of convenience for PID control.In this paper,when using the PID algorithm,the intake valve of each maintenance由is changed from a solenoid valve(switch output)to an electric valve(analog output),and the steam intake amount is adjusted by controlling the opening degree of the valve,thereby achieving constant temperature.control.The online operation shows that the method is simple in structure,easy to implement,and has strong practicability.
