摘要
永磁无刷直流电机因其调速性能好、效率高、体积小等优点被广泛应用于各种领域。利用Ansoft软件,设计一款额定转速5200 r/min,12槽16极三相永磁无刷直流电机,从电机的结构尺寸、永磁材料方面分析了电机的设计要求。利用软件中的RMxprt和Maxwell模块建立了电机的仿真模型,得到了空载和负载情况下电机各项性能曲线。最后制造出原理样机并搭建了测试平台进行试验,获得了电机的机械特性曲线。结果表明:电机工作稳定满足设计要求,也验证了软件仿真分析的合理性,为电机优化设计参数提供了依据。
Permanent magnet brushless DC motor is widely used in various fields because of its advantages of good speed control performance,high efficiency and small size.Ansoft software was used to design a 12-slot,16-pole,three-phase permanent magnet brushless DC motor with a rated speed of 5200 r/min.The design requirements of the motor were analyzed from the aspects of the structure size and permanent magnetic material of the motor.Using the RMxprt and Maxwell modules in the software,a simulation model of the motor was established,and the performance curves of the motor under no-load and load conditions were obtained.Finally,a prototype was created and a test platform was set up for testing.The mechanical characteristics of the motor were obtained.The results show that the stability of the motor meets the design requirements,and the rationality of the software simulation analysis is also verified,which provides a basis for the optimal design parameters of the motor.
