本文以'农资营销班'为典型案例,从学徒制的视角出发,结合浙江现代农业发展现状,探索'定向培养、农学结合'的新型职业农民培育新模式,实现专业建设、人才培养和社会需求的完美结合。

Based on'Agricultural materials Marketing Class'as the typical case,from the perspective of modern apprenticeship,combines the development status of modern agriculture in Zhejiang Province,and explores a new mode of cultivating new professional farmers with'directional cultivation and agronomy integration',so as to realize the perfect combination of professional construction,personnel training and social needs.
