摘要 为了提高电石炉石灰粉料的利用率,提高电石炉石灰粉料压球自动化程度,提升石灰粉球团质量,提出了一种基于PLC的石灰粉料压球控制系统。首先介绍了电石炉石灰粉料压球工艺流程,并针对流程设计一款西门子S7-300的控制系统。针对压球机电流控制系统存在非线性、时滞性以及强耦合性等特点,提出了一种自适应模糊PID的压球机电流智能控制方法,利用模糊控制原理对PID控制中的参数进行实时调整,从而实现了压球机电流的精确控制。仿真结果表明,该控制策略相比于传统PID控制超调量更小,具有较强的抗干扰能力,压球机电流能够在较短时间内达到稳态。 In order to improve the utilization ratio of lime powder in calcium carbide furnace,improve the automation degree of lime powder pellet pressing in calcium carbide furnace,and improve the quality of lime powder pellet,a control system of lime powder pellet pressing based on PLC is proposed.This paper first introduces the process of lime pellet pressing in calcium carbide furnace,and designs a Siemens S7-300 control system for the process.In view of the characteristics of nonlinear,time-delay and strong coupling in the current control system of ball press,an intelligent control method of adaptive fuzzy PID is proposed.The parameters of PID control are adjusted in real time by using fuzzy control principle.Thus the accurate control of the current of the ball pressing machine is realized.The simulation results show that compared with the conventional PID control,the proposed control strategy has less overshoot and stronger anti-interference ability,and the current of the ball pressing machine can reach steady state in a relatively short time.
