关键链法在检测机构检测任务进度管理中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Critical Chain Method in the Schedule Management of Inspection Tasks of Inspection Institutions

为解决传统方法存在的计划时间过长,时差不合理使用的问题,提出基于关键链法的检测任务进度管理方法。本文以检测机构检测项目进度管理为蓝本,通过对关键链技术的原理、实现步骤、时间计算、关键链识别、缓冲管理技术分析,探讨在检测项目进度管理中应用的的可行性;通过对实验室检测项目进度管理的特点和存在问题的深入分析,以应用实例证明了关键链法对检测项目进度管理水平带来的提升,降低了项目超期的发生率,总结了关键链法在检测项目进度管理中的应用的合理性和实用性。

In order to solve the problem of long planning time and unreasonable use of time difference in traditional methods,a method based on critical chain method is proposed to manage the progress of detection tasks.This thesis gives an example about the products testing to detect the testing schedule management in the testing institute.The related basic theory about testing project schedule management is introduced and the feasibility of testing project schedule management is discussed by the technological analysis on the principle of critical chain technology,implementation step,time calculation,critical chain recognition,buffer management,multi-project management and so forth.The necessity of using critical chain method in the management is proposed through the deep analysis on the characteristics and the existing problem of the schedule management in the laboratory.The improvement of the critical chain method to testing project schedule management is proved with the laboratory application.The method reduces the incidence of overdue items.The rationality and the practicability of critical chain method in the application of testing project schedule management are concluded.
