基于有限元分析的大跨钢管拱桥主拱承压载荷计算研究

摘要 采用当前方法计算大跨钢管拱桥主拱的承压载荷时,得到的计算结果与实际不符,存在有效性差的问题。提出基于有限元分析的大跨钢管拱桥主拱承压载荷计算方法,分析混凝土在钢管内的应力-应变曲线、钢筋在大跨钢管拱桥中的应力-应变曲线以及钢管在大跨钢管拱桥主拱中的应力-应变曲线,根据分析结果采用有限元分析程序MIDAS Civil构建大跨钢管拱桥的有限元模型。在大跨钢管拱桥有限元模型的基础上结合稳定理论,计算轴心和偏心受到的承压载荷,根据轴心和偏心的承压载荷得到大跨钢管拱桥主拱的承压载荷。实验结果表明,所提方法构建的有限元模型精度高,计算结果准确率高,验证了所提方法的有效性。 When the current method is used to calculate the bearing load of the main arch of a large-span steel arch bridge,the calculation results obtained are inconsistent with the actual ones,and there is a problem of poor effectiveness.Based on the finite element analysis,the calculation method of the bearing pressure of the main arch of the large-span steel arch bridge is presented.The stress-strain curve of the concrete in the steel pipe,the stress-strain curve of the steel bar in the long-span steel pipe arch bridge and the main arch of the steel pipe in the long span steel pipe arch bridge are analyzed.The stress-strain curve in the middle,based on the analysis results,uses the finite element analysis program MIDAS Civil to construct the finite element model of the long-span steel tube arch bridge.Based on the finite element model of the large-span steel tube arch bridge,combined with the stability theory,the bearing load of the axial center and the eccentricity is calculated,and the bearing load of the main arch of the long-span steel arch bridge is obtained according to the axial and eccentric bearing loads.The experimental results show that the finite element model constructed by the proposed method has high precision and high accuracy,and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
