摘要
针对基于智能站网络报文信息挖掘的继电保护运行设备异常快速定位和状态检修问题,文中提出了一种基于贝叶斯网络的智能变电站继电保护设备状态检修方法。通过引入贝叶斯网络,该方法采用一种交换机诊断策略和贝叶斯网络模型相配合的模式共同实现状态检修。首先运用交换机策略对交换机采集到的报文数据信息进行冗余数据识别、异常数据识别以及潜在故障数据识别。然后,通过贝叶斯网络模型对故障进行有效的诊断,并将输出的故障推理结果进行风险评估,通过层次分析法获得评估结果。最后,通过风险评估的结果为运行人员安排故障检修计划提供有力的依据。该方法可以快速地定位继电保护设备的故障位置并且给出故障原因,并为继电保护设备的检修工作提供合理的检修计划。
Aiming at the abnormal rapid positioning and status overhaul of relay protection equipment based on intelligent network message information mining,this paper proposes a Bayesian network based method for conditional overhaul of relay protection equipment in smart substation.By introducing the Bayesian network,this method uses a switch diagnosis strategy and the Bayesian network model to achieve state maintenance together.First,the switch policy is used to identify redundant data,identify abnormal data,and identify potential failure data for the message data collected by the switch.Then,the Bayesian network model is used to diagnose the fault effectively,and the output fault reasoning result is used for risk assessment.The evaluation result is obtained through the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,through the results of risk assessment,it provides a powerful basis for the operators to arrange troubleshooting plans.The method can quickly locate the fault location of the relay protection device and give the cause of the fault,and provide a reasonable maintenance plan for the maintenance work of the relay protection device.
