摘要
供水管道微生物是影响饮用水安全的重要因素,管道生物膜是供水管网微生物风险的主要来源。目前监测供水管道中生物膜微生物风险的研究面临采集困难、培养周期长(3~7 d)等问题,微生物安全预警面临严峻挑战。研究搭建了基于光电装置在线监测的供水管道生物膜实验装置,开展了基于光电信号监测的生物膜生长和脱落过程研究。实验结果表明光电信号反射光强与供水管道生物膜生长脱落之间存在明显的负相关关系,高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)管管道生物膜的生长速度与流速(流速区间0. 2~0. 6 m/s)呈反比例关系,多次冲刷脱落会影响生物膜的耐冲刷能力。
Microorganism in water supply pipes is a key factor influencing drinking water safety.The pipe biofilm is a main origin of microbial risk in water supply pipes.Nowadays there are problems in microbial risk research of pipe biofilms such as difficult acquisition,long cultivable period(3 to 7 days).Early warning system for microbial safety risk is facing a great challenge.The research constructed an experimental facility for pipe biofilm on-line monitoring based on an electrooptical device.The growth and detachment process of biofilm was revealed according to the electrooptical monitoring signal.The results show there is a significant negative correlation between reflected electrooptical signal and biofilm growth and detachment.The growing speed of biofilms in high-density polyethylene pipe increases in inverse proportion of flow velocity(ranges from 0.2 m/s to 0.6 m/s),and flushing resistance of biofilms will change after several times of detachment.
