考虑居家养老的既有住宅室内空间改造研究

Study on the Renovation of Indoor Space of Existing Houses Considering Home Care

随着我国人口老龄化的不断推进,加快发展适应老年人特殊需求的养老建筑成为当务之急。分析了我国常见的养老模式和养老建筑发展现状;探讨了考虑居家养老时既有住宅存在的问题;从设计原则、设计细节等方面对既有住宅室内空间适老化改造提出建议;以低龄自理老人和高龄介助老人两种最典型的老年人口的居住空间改造为例进行分析。结果表明,既有住宅室内空间适老化改造是适合我国国情的养老建筑发展模式,应在'安全化、无障碍化、个性化、绿色化、人性化'设计原则的指导下,尽快建成一批效果良好的示范性工程,实现老年人对美好生活的向往。

As China’s population ages,it is imperative to accelerate the development of aged buildings that meet the special needs of the elderly.This paper analyzed the common old-age model and the development status of aged buildings in China,and discussed the problems of existing houses when considering home-age care.Suggestions were proposed on the suitable aging transformation of indoor spaces of existing houses from the aspects of design principles and design details.Examples of the transformation of living space of a house where the two most typical elderly populations,the self-care younger elderly and the help-needing older elderly,live were analyzed.The results show that the suitable aging transformation of indoor spaces of existing houses is a development model for old-age buildings suitable for China’s national conditions.It should adhere to the principle of'government-led,enterprise participation,mass support',and a number of demonstration projects with good effects will be built as soon as possible to realize the longing for the elderly,under the guidance of the design principle of'safety,accessibility,personalization,greening,humanity'.
