摘要
本文主要从美日两国的教师专业性发展的途径方面入手,阐述了美国通过"学校全员培训"拓展教师专业发展的领域以激发教师的职业价值体验,及对日本教师培训和培训流动做了叙述,启示我国应关注教师的个性化和培训。
Starting from the approaches of teacher professional development in America and Japan, this paper interprets the American act of expanding the field of teacher professional de-velopment through "school member training" in order to stimulate the experience of teacher professional value, and it also elabo-rates teacher training and flow in Japan, aiming to enlighten Chi-na's attention on teacher individualization and training.
