摘要
近年来,关于教师专业发展方面的研究逐渐成为教育研究领域的热点话题。目前促进教师专业发展的培训模式有很多种,本文在结合"支教生"所处特殊环境的基础上,分析了教学反思和其他培训模式,提出"支教生"可以通过教学反思来促进自身的专业发展的建议。
In recent years, the study on the development of teach-er profession has been a hot topic in the educational research. Presently, there are many training models to boost the develop-ment of teacher profession. On the basis of the volunteering teacher's special circumstance, the paper analyzes reaching re-flection and other training models as well as proposes that the volunteering teacher, via the way of teaching reflection, could boost their own profession development.
