Cultivation of Engineering College Students' Legal Concept

法制教育是工科院校德育的重要组成部分,对建设社会主义法治国家的治国方略具有重要的现实意义。当前多数工科大学生经过学校的法制教育,能够遵纪守法、依法行使权利、履行法律义务,但同时也存在法律意识淡薄、依法维权意识不强等问题。本文针对工科院校在当前法制教育中存在的关键性问题,提出了相应的完善途径与方法,以期培育工科大学生的法制观念。

In the engineering college, legal education is an impor-tant part of moral education,and it has the greater realistic sig-nificance to build a socialism country governed by law. Currently, most engineering college students not only can observe discipline and law, but also may exercise right according to law and fulfill legal obligation after legal education in engineering college. However, some problems also exist at the same time, such as poor right protection, vague legal consciousness, and so on. Therefore, according to the existing key problems in the current legal edu-cation of engineering college, this article presents the corre-sponding improvement ways and methods to cultivate engineering college students' concept of legal system.
