摘要
我国旅游资源丰富,为了我国旅游业的长远发展,有必要对旅游管理人才进行专门的培训,培养出理论与实践完美结合的专业化人才,只有这样才能对我国旅游业的发展形成一定的推动力。而在我国众多的高职院校中,专业人才的培养方式上存在众多的缺憾,不能实现高职专业培养人才的基本目标,因而旅游专业人才的培养需要对理论与实践进行完美的结合,实现"工学交替"、多元主体共育的人才培养模式,才能培养出高素质的旅游人才,同时也只有这样才能实现我国旅游业对专业人才的需求。
China has a rich tourism resources, so special training of tourism management talents is needed to promote the long-term development of China's tourism. However, in China's higher vocational colleges, there are many problems in profes-sional talent training, and the cultivation of tourism talents cannot integrate with practice. Only working-learning integration and multi-subject co-education can cultivate quality tourism talents and realize the demands of tourism talents in China's tourism.
