双杠“挂臂团身后空翻两周成挂臂”动作空翻技术的运动学分析

摘要 采用运动学研究法等方法对冯喆、王冠寅完成的双杠"挂臂团身后空翻两周成挂臂"动作空翻技术进行了研究。结果显示:空翻阶段两臂推离杠后,迅速屈髋、屈膝,团身抱腿,且越抱越紧,经重心最高点后,积极伸髋、撒腿,主动展体去挂杠,冯喆的团身技术较好,王冠寅的翻转更为充分,入撑时的伸髋、展体较好;空翻时高度较低,滞空时间较短,身体重心获得的总的上升高度平均为0.57m,滞空时间为0.56s,王冠寅的高度与滞空时间要好于冯喆;离杠瞬间的重心垂直速度决定空翻的高度,团身情况直接影响翻转速度,冯喆的翻转速度要稍优于王冠寅。 The paper analyzes somersault technical in the move-ments of “Roll Backward with Double Salto Backward Tuck to Upper Arm Hang” on the parallel bars which are completed by Wang Guan-yin and Feng Zhe by using the method of kinematics analysis. The results show that the athletes pike, bend knees and hold legs quickly after hands leaving the bars, tuck tightly, fly over the highest point of the center of gravity, then stretch out legs and hips to spread out to hang the bar. Feng Zhe performs better in tucking, Wang guan-yin somersaults fully and perform better in opening the body; both athletes' heights of turning are low, and hang time is short. The average heights of center of gravity raised is 0.57m, and hang time 0.56s. Wang guan-yin is better than Feng Zhe in this phase. The vertical speed while leaving the bar decides the height of salto, and tuck affects rolling speed. Feng Zhe rolls faster.
