摘要
高职课程设置应有利于职业能力和素质的培养,充分体现就业导向、能力本位的人才培养特点,实现院校、教师、学生三者的和谐发展。但现状是,课程规划及建设未能显现高职教育的优势,存在理论实践教学体系不够科学,教学活动难以充分调动师生的持续热情等问题。本文分析了原因,并着重从教师在企学习、企业参评、教师个体课程文化、学生评课、毕业生体会等几方面作了探讨。
Higher vocational curriculum should contribute to the professional ability and quality training, fully reflect the charac-teristics of employment-oriented, competency-based training to achieve harmonious development among schools, teachers and students. But the status is, planning and construction of the course failed to show advantages of higher vocational education, practical teaching system of theory is not scientific enough, teaching activities are difficult to fully mobilize the continued en-thusiasm of teachers and students. This paper analyzes the rea-sons, and focus on such aspects as the learning from teachers in the enterprise, enterprise selection, individual teacher curriculum culture, students ' evaluation of courses.
