大学毕业班里的学困生在就业时有一定的困难,这不仅影响高校的就业落实率,对学生本人及社会的和谐稳定影响也较大。本文分析学习困难学生形成的原因,探讨一些行之有效的帮扶办法,希望帮助学困生按期修满学分获取毕业证和学位证,找到令自己满意的工作。

Students with learning difficulties have difficulties in employment, which not only affects college employment rate, but students themselves and social harmony. This paper analyzes the causes of students with learning difficulties, and explores some effective assisting measures, hoping to help students with learning difficulties seek their satisfying jobs.
