大学生就业既受外在社会环境影响,也具有鲜明的时代特征。本文探讨了大学生就业外部环境变化的主要特征,分析了当前大学生就业选择的显著特点。在此基础上提出了明确的政策建议。

The employment of university students is influenced by both external social environment and distinct characteristics of the times. This paper probes into the main features of the changes in the external environment of college students’ employment and analyzes the remarkable characteristics of college students’ employment choices at present. On this basis, this paper puts forward clear policy recommendations.
