就业乃民生之本,在高等教育普及的背景下,大学生就业成为高校、大学和整个社会的重要问题,也成为了社会各界关注的热点问题。本文基于供给侧和需求侧双方在学校就业能力提升的纵向多维度生成性课程体系之下增加横向分类精细化指导培养模式,打造医学院校毕业生不同就业群体的优势特点,让其扬长避短,顺利实现就业。

Employment is the foundation of people’s livelihood.Under the background of the popularization of higher education, the employment of college students has become an important and hot issue for universities and the whole society. In order to improve the graduates’ employability from both the supply side and the demand side, we provide the longitudinal multi-dimensional generative curriculum system, at the same time increase the horizontal classification and refinement to guide the job-finding training mode, so as to create the advantages and characteristics of different employment groups of medical college graduates, therefore they can make full use of their strengths and avoid their weaknesses and achieve employment smoothly.
