Study on Grey Target Model for Decision-making of Purchase of Scientific Research Equipment in Colleges and Universities

高等学校科研仪器设备采购属于典型的多目标决策。高等学校科研仪器设备采购应该顺应高质量发展的要求,不断完善采购决策指标体系,并采取更加科学的决策方法进行采购评价。运用灰色系统理论,采用主观评价和客观评价相结合的方法,构建了高等学校科研仪器设备采购灰靶决策模型,提供了一种力求综合反映高等学校科研仪器设备采购决策效果的方法。

Purchase of scientific research equipment is a typical multi-objective decision making. Purchase of scientific research equipment in colleges and universities should comply with the requirements of high quality development, constantly improve the purchase decision-making index system, and adopt more scientific decision-making methods for purchase evaluation. In this paper, a grey target model for decision-making of purchase scientific research equipment in colleges and universities is constructed by using the grey system theory and combining subjective evaluation with objective evaluation. It provides a method to comprehensively reflect the decision-making effect of purchasing scientific research equipment in colleges and universities.
