工匠精神契合社会主义核心价值观的内在要求,是青年学生成长成才的坚实基础。当前,中国特色社会主义已进入新时代,高校要深刻认识新时代工匠精神的内涵及对高层次、高素质人才培养的诉求,始终把立德树人作为人才培养的中心环节,从加强教师队伍建设、推进教学改革、狠抓科学研究及创新创业平台、丰富校园文化生活等多个维度培育研究生工匠精神,奋力使研究生成为担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。

The intrinsic requirements of the craftsman spirit in line with the core values of socialism are the solid foundation for the growth of young students. At present, socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era. Colleges and universities must profoundly understand the connotation of the craftsman spirit of the new era and the demand for high-level and high-quality talent training, always regard moral establishment and talent cultivation as the central link in the cultivation of talents, and cultivate postgraduate students’ craftsman spirit by strengthening the teaching team construction, promoting teaching reform, laying much emphasis on scientific research,innovation and entrepreneurship platforms, and enriching campus cultural life, in order to cultivate postgraduate students to be the new generation for national rejuvenation.
