摘要
因政策、现实和个人原因,辅导员的专业化职业化发展面临诸多困境。本文试图分析各种困境产生的原因,并从学校和辅导员个人两方面提出解决问题的办法。
Due to policy, reality and personal reasons, the professional and occupational development of counselors faces many difficulties. This paper attempts to analyze the causes of various dilemmas and propose solutions to the problems from both colleges and counselors.
