摘要 目的:分析CBL联合PBL教学在内科临床教学中的应用效果。方法:选取到本院内科进行临床实习的60名本科临床医学专业学生作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与研究组,对研究组采用CBL联合PBL教学模式展开教学,对照组则采用传统教学模式展开教学。对比观察两组学生实习成果及其对教学的满意度情况,结果:研究组学生临床学习成绩明显优于对照组,同时学生对教学满意度(96.67%)高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05)。结论:CBL联合PBL教学模式在内科临床教学中的应用,有助于促进学生临床实习质量的提升,学生认可度较高,值得推广应用。 Objective: To analyze the application effect of CBL combined with PBL teaching in clinical teaching of internal medicine. Methods: A total of 60 undergraduate clinical medical students who participated in clinical practice in the department of internal medicine of our hospital were selected as study objects, and randomly divided into the control group and the study group. The study group was conducted with CBL combined with PBL teaching mode, while the control group was conducted with traditional teaching mode. The results of students’ practice and their satisfaction to teaching were compared and observed. Results: The study results showed that the clinical learning performance of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the students’ teaching satisfaction(96.67%) was higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of CBL combined with PBL teaching mode in clinical teaching of internal medicine is conducive to the improvement of the quality of clinical practice of students, which is highly recognized by students and worthy of promotion and application.
