摘要高校辅导员工作需要根据学生的身心发展特点,开展有针对性的辅导。面对复杂的学生情况、繁重的工作压力和专业学识的限制,焦点解决短期治疗模式(Solution-Focused Brief Therapy,SFBT)短时、高效、策略取向、发生正向改变等特点能够为辅导员工作提供有效的指导和帮助。 College counselors are required to conduct targeted counseling based on students’ physical and mental development characteristics. Confronting the situation of complex students,heavy work pressure and professional knowledge limitations,the characteristics of SFBT——short time, efficiency, strategy orientation and positive change can provide college counselors with effective guidance and assistance.
