基于“诚信教育”的高校家庭经济困难生的精准认定研究

Studies on Accurate Identification of University Students' Financial Difficulties Based on Integrity Education

高校家庭经济困难生精准认定是落实高校资助政策的重要基础,困难学生的诚信问题成为阻碍经济困难精准认定工作顺利进行的首要因素。本文以困难认定为契机,对学生进行诚信教育是高校精准资助工作有效开展的前提,这需要合理安排诚信教育的内容和方式,建立健全诚信约束机制,以使家庭经济困难学生的诚信人格得到培养,营造诚信的资助氛围,促进他们健康成长成才。

Those who have financial difficulties should be identified accurately,which is an important base for university funding policy.Today,university students lacking of integrity has become the primary obstacles to accurate identification of financial difficulties.Financial difficulties identification taken as an important opportunity,integrity education of students is the premise for subsidized work.Of course,content and modalities of integrity education should be reasonably arranged.Furthermore,integrity restraint mechanism should be set up to develop integrity of students.In addition,an atmosphere of integrity is created to promote their health and growth.
