高校家庭经济困难学生认定工作是精准资助工作的前提和基础,研究困难学生精准认定工作面临的现实性挑战及提出解决性策略对于提高学生资助工作成效具有现实意义。为此,要不断完善省校二级资助数据共享平台;构建动态的精准认定管理机制;形成高校与地方政府的联动体系;成立班级民主评议小组;加强励志诚信教育。

The identification of college students with financial difficulties is the premise and foundation of the accurate financial assistance work.It is of practical significance to research the realistic challenges faced by the accurate identification of students with economic difficulties and propose the solution for improving the effectiveness of financial assistance for students.To this end,we must constantly improve the data sharing platform for the province-college two levels of financial assistance,build a dynamic and accurate identification management mechanism,form a linkage system between universities and local governments,set up a class democratic appraisal team,and strengthen inspiration and integrity education.
