浅谈独立学院的教育活动现状——以GZ独立学院为例

A Brief Discussion on the Educational Activities of Independent Colleges: Taking the GZ Independent College as an Example

根据国家统计局相关数据显示,截至2016年底,我国独立学院数量占全国普通本科院校总数量的21.5%。学校是以教学活动为中心开展工作,教学活动的基本构成要素有教育者、受教育者、教育内容和教育活动方式等。本文以GZ独立院校为例,通过调查分析,得出教育者呈年轻化分布、受教育者质量提高、教育内容缺乏应用性、教学活动方式单一的现状并提出相应的优化方案。

According to the statistics of the National Bureau of Statistics,the number of independent colleges accounted for 21.5%of the total number of ordinary undergraduate colleges in China,by the end of 2016.The school is centered on teaching activities.The basic elements of teaching activities include educators,educatees,educational content,and educational activities.This paper analyzes that the many educators are young;the quality of the educated is better;the educational content lacks application;the status of teaching activities is single.And it then puts forward corresponding optimization plans,by taking the GZ independent college as an example.
