摘要
组织压力源是指与组织直接且主要相关的环境需要。首先,对压力定义的演变过程进行系统的回顾。提出未来研究应该注重主观压力源和客观压力源的研究,探讨反应和感觉状态相关的评价机制,注重组织压力的应对过程和策略的研究,加强个人和情境特征的调节作用研究,明确组织压力源对心理和竞技表现指标的作用机制。
Organizational stressor is environment demands associated primarily and directly with the organization.Firstly,it made systematic review on the evolution of stress.In future,researchers should pay more attention to the study on subjective stressors and objective stressors,explore evaluation mechanism of reaction and feeling state,focus on coping process and strategies of organizational stress,strengthen studies on the moderation effects of personal and situational variables,make clear the mechanism of organizational stressor on psychology and athletic performance index.
