“乐童计划”实施现状、问题及破解之策探析 被引量:4

摘要 "乐童计划"是贵州省贵阳市为了解决"三点半"问题而提出的一项举措,它实行教师轮岗值日的方式来组织学生活动。现已取得一些成效,但在实施的过程中因以下原因存在诸多问题:一是活动形式单一,难以激发学生的兴趣;二是"乐童计划"缺乏实质内容;三是教师负担重、任务多;四是"乐童计划"淡化学生的自主性,不利于学生的创新能力培养。为此,笔者提出:可以利用创客教育的元素破解"三点半"问题;其次,在实施"乐童计划"时要坚持"以童为本"的育人理念;三是政府等相关部门可以实施一些鼓励教师积极参与"乐童计划"的措施,从而推动"乐童计划"的开展,促进学生健康成长。 The'Le Tong Plan'is an initiative proposed by Guiyang City,Guizhou Province,to solve the'three-and-a-half'problem.It implements the teacher rotation method to organize student activities.Some achievements have been made,but in the process of implementation,there are many problems due to the following reasons:First,the form of activities is single,so it is difficult to stimulate students’interest;Second,the'Le Tong Plan'lacks substantive content;Third,teachers have heavy burdens and many tasks;Fourth,the'Le Tong Plan'dilutes the autonomy of students,which is not conducive to the cultivation of students’innovative ability.To this end,the author proposes that:the elements of Maker Education can be used to solve the'three-and-a-half'problem;secondly,the implementation of the'Le Tong Plan'should adhere to the'child-oriented'concept of education;the third is the government and other relevant departments can take some measures to encourage teachers to actively participate in the'Le Tong Plan',so as to promote the development of the'Le Tong Plan'and promote the healthy growth of students.
