网络舆情视域下大学生思想政治教育引导功能研究——以建设高校网络评论员队伍为例

十八大报告中明确指出,高等学校的根本任务是立德树人,培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人;高校具有自身受关注程度高、大学生思维活跃多元等特点。诸多特点为网络思想政治教育的基本目标指明了方向,即要通过建立和维持健康、有序的网络舆论环境,确保高校环境和谐稳定、高校师生健康成长。因此,高校急需培育出一支应变能力扎实、专业知识全面的网络舆论引导人员,即网络评论员队伍。

It is pointed out in the report of the 18 th CPC National Congress that the fundamental task of higher education is to set high moral values and cultivate persons, and cultivate socialism constructors and successors who are well developed in moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic education. Universities are the focus of the society and university students have diversified thinking, having pointed out the primary direction of Internet ideological and political education, that is, ensuring the harmony and stability of university environment and the healthy growth of university teachers and students by establishing and maintaining a healthy and orderly environment for Internet public opinion. Therefore, it is imperative for universities to cultivate an Internet commentator team with qualified strain capacity and comprehensive professional knowledge.
