Local case teaching is an effective teaching method. Its biggest characteristic lies in the development and application of local cases into the classroom, and the study of theory, so as to expand students' perspectives to perceive the phenomenon of enterprise management, and enhance students' abilities to analyze and solve problems. This paper introduces and summarizes the necessity, specific teaching practice and effect of local case teaching in 'Management' course.
