现代行政管理本科专业人才需求调研分析——以广州市为例

Investigation and Analysis on the Talents Demands of Modern Administration Undergraduate Major: A Case Study on Guangzhou City

文章以广州市作为调查对象,采用文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法对行政管理本科专业人才需求现状进行调研。本文通过了解目前广州市公共部门和企事业单位对于现代行政管理人才的需求特点,从而构建行政管理人才的知识体系,指导高等院校对于行政管理人才的培养,为现代行政管理人才的发展提出培养建议。

With Guangzhou City as the investigation object, this paper used literature method, questionnaire method and interview method to investigate the talent demands of administration undergraduate major. The aim is to learn about the characteristics of the demands for modern administration talents in public sectors and enterprises of Guangzhou City, so as to establish a knowledge system of administration talents, guide the cultivation of administration talents in colleges and universities, and also provide suggestions for the cultivation and development of modern administration talents.
