This paper describes the flipped classroom teaching model derived from 'Internet+', elaborates the basic connotation of flipped classroom and the essence of flipping, analyzes the construction process of cognitive structure of flipped classroom, and explores the application of information-based teaching to vocational education under flipped classroom.
