摘要
教师角色丛意味着教师需同时扮演多种角色,但角色间的不相容部分往往又导致冲突的发生。这种角色冲突主要表现在权威与朋友角色、教员与父母角色、领导者与服从者角色、理想角色与实践角色及自身能力与角色需求的冲突。究其原因发现,社会的期望太高、教育环境的压力太大、教育培训的滞后及自身能力的欠缺都会导致教师角色冲突的发生。为解决教师角色冲突,要为教师创造良好的环境,减轻教师的角色负担,给予教师发展的支持以及教师本身可以通过更新教育理念、提升专业素养及践行终身学习的方式进行调适。
The role plexus of teachers means that teachers should play multiple roles simultaneously. Incompatibility among roles often leads to conflicts, which are mainly manifested in the authority and friend, teacher and parent, leader and obeyer, ideal and practice, self-competence and role-demand. The reasons could be high social expectations, too much pressure from educational environment, the lag of educational training and the lack of self-competence. To solve these conflicts, the adjustments could be creating good environment for teachers, reducing the teachers' role burden and giving support for the teachers' development, as for the teacher, he can adjust the conflicts through renewing the educational ideas, enhancing the professional quality and practicing the lifelong learning.
