主体实证探究视角下:我国大学生医疗保障问题的分析与思考

Analysis and Pondering on the Problems of University Students' Medical Insurance in China: From the Perspective of Subjective Empirical Inquiry

大学生作为社会特殊人力资源群体,其医疗保障问题一直是我国社会保障的薄弱环节,对大学生医保问题的关注与研究在我国社保制度完善中具有举足轻重的作用。本文通过对中外大学生医保制度及模式进行分析,以大学生主体视角探讨了我国现行大学生医疗保障制度中存在的问题,并且提出了构建多层次、全方位的新型大学生医保体系建议。

The medical insurance of university students, as a special group of human resources, is always a weak link in China's social insurance, so it is crucial to study university students' medical insurance in order to improve China's social insurance system. Through an analysis on domestic and foreign medical insurance systems and models of university students, and with university students as the main perspective, this paper explores the problems existing in the current medical insurance system for university students in China, and proposes the construction of a multi-leveled and comprehensive new medical insurance system for university students.
