On reconstructing property right system and innovation of modern enterprise system

将国有企业改造成为现代企业,必须进行企业制度创新。企业制度创新的实质,是调整国有企业原有的利益关系,构建所有者、经营者、劳动者三者利益关系相互协调、相互制约的新的利益机制。本文从现代企业制度的内涵出发,讨论关于传统企业制度与现代企业制度的区别以及企业的制度创新要走出企业组织理论的误区,最终明确企业创新的核心就是要重建产权制度。

When state-owned enterprise being transformed into modem enterprises,enterprise systems ought to be made innovations.The nature of the innovations is to regulate the original profit relationship among state-owned enterprises,to reconstruct new profit mechanism which coordinate and condition each other,among owners、managers and workers.This article will discuss two questions.One is the difference between traditional and modern enterprise system.The other is about the innovation of enterprise system should step out of enterprise organization confused area.0ne way to solve the problem is to reconstruct property right system.
