RF Design in a Full-Integrated ZIP TD-SCDMA UE

介绍了零中频技术的MAX239x芯片组的结构框图及应用此芯片组的零中频TD-SCDMA终端(ZIFR)的射频结构．并分析了此结构的主要性能,列出了部分实测参数,同时解释了改善零中频直流偏移问题的具体措施,最后给出了基于理想软件无线电技术的设计框图,并简述了当前实际软件无线电的局限性。

ZIF RF technology is introduced.Based on this technology,MAX239x are used.A block diagram with ZIF technology and a real ZIF RF structure are tipped.Part of real parameters of this structure are listed to show its main performance. Also,it is particularly explained how to reduce the effect with the inherent DC-offset in the ZIF ICs.A block diagram based on an ideal software radio technology are brought forward.Some current SDR technology limitations are also briefly pointed out in the end.
