摘要 客户细分[1]是20世纪50年代中期由美国学者温德尔史密斯提出,是指按照一定的标准将企业的现有客户划分为不同的客户群的行为。XuZanne Donner[1-2]认为:正确的客户细分能够有效的降低成本,同时获得更强、更有利可图的市场渗透。同属一个细分群的消费者彼此相似,
