摘要
采用水解酸化法对制药废水进行了预处理的研究。结果表明:水解酸化阶段初始COD越大,其最佳HRT越长及COD去除率越低。初始COD为4250mg/L时,BOD/COD达到了0.84,可生化性提高了55%;对于初始COD为9775mg/L的制药废水,BOD/COD的初始值就很高,水解酸化阶段对其可生化性的提高并不明显。对于进水COD为4250mg/L的制药废水,当HRT为12h时,系统达到临界酸化时间。
It studies on the application of hydrolytic-acidification in pre-treating pharmaceutical wastewater.The results shows that :the larger the initial COD is, the longer the optimal HRT and the lower the removal rate of COD will be in the hydrolysis acidification stages. When the initial COD is 4250mg/L, BOD/COD reaches 0.84, and the biodegradability is improved 55%; for the initial COD of pharmaceutical wastewater by 9775mg/L, as the initial value of BOD/COD is high,the increase of the biodegradability is not obvious. For the initial COD of pharmaceutical wastewater by 4250mg/L, when HRT is 12h, the system reaches the critical acidification time.
